We are looking for an **Accounting Assistant** with attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to information quality. **Position Objective: Support the recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting operations, ensuring reliable financial information and compliance with tax regulations. What will you do on a daily basis? - Record and classify accounting entries (revenues, expenses, and journal entries). - Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies. - Validate and organize invoicing (CFDI) and accounting documentation. - Support monthly and annual tax filings. - Maintain up-to-date physical and digital accounting archives. - Participate in financial reporting and audit processes. What are we looking for? - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Knowledge of accounting, taxation, and administrative processes. - Basic proficiency in Excel and digital tools. - Experience with Contpaq, Nomipaq, SUA, and IDSE is desirable. - Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and sense of responsibility.
