Location: SAN LUIS POTOSI (with willingness and ability to relocate or travel) Position Objective: Ensure store profitability through efficient operations management, resource administration, and regulatory compliance, while guaranteeing animal welfare and excellent customer service. Requirements: Incomplete bachelor's degree or current student in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail store or business management. Software: Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and POS (Point of Sale). Skills: Organization and planning. Process control. Effective communication. Responsibilities: Execute sales strategy. Supervise all store operations. Ensure appropriate staffing allocation across all business areas. Maintain healthy inventory levels by controlling shrinkage and expiration dates. Comply with and enforce safety and customer service protocols. Promote animal preservation and welfare in-store. Analyze operational reports and meet established KPIs.
