Requirements: * Technical degree or high school diploma * Warehouse management experience * Residence in the southern part of the city * Flexible availability for shift work * No transportation constraints Responsibilities: * Classify, organize, and store materials and spare parts in their designated areas. * Verify material dispatches generated by the security department during night shifts. * Release materials using the voucher issued by the Maintenance Department in Transportes Valadez’s internal system (TV). * Record tool dispatches in Excel. * Daily verification that requested tools are returned, cross-referencing against the Excel file. * Receive materials and spare parts accompanied by invoices and purchase orders (POs), verifying data consistency and ensuring signatures and stamps from both the Accounting Manager and General Director. * Maintain accurate stock records for materials and tools. * Support periodic and full inventory audits conducted by the Accounting Management Department. * The above list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
