Lead PFMEA activities and support PPAP reviews ###### **Launch Industrial Engineer** ##### **What you’ll do:** * Lead the **Autoliv Production Development System (APDS)** for steering wheel operations, ensuring flawless launches and on‑time approvals (TG3, MOAB). * Drive launch performance with a strong focus on **zero customer complaints**, new project implementation, and SOP readiness. * Manage APDS process follow‑up, and ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements. * Lead **PFMEA** activities from prototype through serial production, strengthening error‑proofing and risk mitigation. * Support **PPAP reviews**, R@R activities, audits, and ensure closure of all open issues prior to SOP. ##### **What is required:** * Bachelor’s degree with **minimum 2 years of experience** in Process, Industrial Engineering, or Quality roles. * Hands‑on experience with **PFMEA**, industrial engineering, and manufacturing launch activities. * Strong **analytical skills, attention to detail**, and a results‑driven mindset with customer focus. * Effective communicator with leadership capability, problem‑solving skills, and ability to manage execution. * **Fluent English** and willingness to travel to support customer and Autoliv global locations. ##### **What’s in it for you:** * Attractive compensation package * Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks. * Gender Pay Equality Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
