Job Summary: The Graphic Design Assistant will support the creative team in creating and developing visual materials for digital and traditional channels, ensuring brand consistency. Key Highlights: 1. Creative support in visual material design for various channels. 2. Visual content creation and graphic design for social media and websites. 3. Development of graphic proposals and proficiency with Adobe tools. **ABOUT THE POSITION:** The Graphic Design Assistant will support the creative team in creating and developing visual materials for digital and traditional channels, following brand guidelines and communication objectives. Their primary role is to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of high-quality graphic assets across diverse projects (digital, print, or interactive). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in visual content creation. * Design graphic materials for social media, internal use, and websites. * Edit images and photographs. * Develop graphic proposals. * Create sketches or preliminary proposals for review by the creative team or supervisors. * Manage graphic files and resources. * Operate tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. * Meet project deadlines. * Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and special projects. **AGE RANGE**: * 21 \- 30 years old. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field. * Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. * Basic experience with social media. * File organization skills. * Digital and social media design experience. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** * Creativity * Effective communication * Collaboration and teamwork * Customer service orientation * Attention to detail * Learning ability * Critical thinking * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (in San Francisco del Rincón, GTO). * Statutory benefits. * Medical expense insurance after the first year of employment. * Savings fund after the first year of employment.
