Efficient routing of customer visits into systems **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Centro Entity: Aguascalientes Location Type: Tda Aguascalientes Adana **BTP Position Objective** ------------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs at AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Key BTP Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure service level, thereby providing alternatives for problem resolution. Execute quality standards established by Management, and likewise ensure the best service and sales experience. Route customer visits accurately and completely into the company's systems for improved satisfaction.
