Positive work environment and practical learning. **Immediate Supervisor** Construction Supervisor **Job Objective** Provide direct support to the Construction Resident in administrative control and monitoring of field activities, ensuring accurate documentation of progress, recording of work orders, and organization of information generated during project execution. This position targets technical profiles seeking hands-on experience in construction supervision and control, actively participating in administrative and operational field processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in controlling and tracking work orders. * Daily recording of physical construction progress. * Documentation and photographic evidence of executed activities. * Organization and control of physical and digital construction files. * Basic support in material and supply control (as per project). * Collaboration in internal reviews and document control. **Required Profile** * Completed, incomplete, or current student status in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Experience: Not mandatory; professional internships or social service may be considered as experience. * Basic proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Availability for 100% on-site work. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capability. * Proactivity and willingness for continuous learning. **Job Conditions** * Opportunity for professional growth toward Construction Resident. * Direct participation in ongoing projects. * Development of experience in administrative control and technical monitoring of construction. * Positive work environment and practical learning.
