Position Summary: We are seeking a university graduate with at least one year of experience in general accounting, accounting software operation, and preparation of financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in handling CONTPAQi Accounting and Payroll 2. Preparation of financial statements and calculations of federal/state taxes 3. Proficiency with platforms such as SAT, IMSS, SUA, and Infonavit **UNIVERSITY GRADUATE**, with minimum **one year of experience** Main Responsibilities: \- OPERATION OF CONTPAQi ACCOUNTING AND PAYROLL \- PREPARATION OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS \- OPERATION OF PLATFORMS (SAT, IMSS, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, MIOPRTAL INFONAVIT) \- PREPARATION OF MONTHLY AND ANNUAL FEDERAL AND STATE TAX CALCULATIONS AND REPORTS (INCLUDING SUBMISSION) \- PROFICIENCY IN OFFICE SUITE (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT) \- RECONCILIATION OF ACCOUNT BALANCES \- BANK RECONCILIATIONS, PREPARATION OF FIXED ASSET SCHEDULES AND DEPRECIATION SCHEDULES \- INVOICING VIA SAT WEBSITE \- GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF TAX LAWS AND SOCIAL SECURITY REGULATIONS Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * General accounting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
