Job Summary: This Maintenance Technician position focuses on providing technical support in Die Casting processes, optimizing equipment performance and reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Use of PLCs, robotics, and FANUC systems **Maintenance Technician****Responsibilities:*** Provide technical support on the production floor for Die Casting processes, including parameter adjustment, process variable analysis, and follow-up on continuous improvement actions and Policy Deployment to ensure process stability and efficiency. * Support autonomous maintenance and manufacturing activities by developing and updating maintenance checklists, monitoring operational metrics, and collaborating with Autonomous Manufacturing Groups to optimize equipment performance, productivity, and reliability. * Apply technical knowledge of industrial machinery—including metal casting, high-pressure die casting machines, cutting presses, and CNC machines—as well as hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and chemical handling, utilizing PLCs, robotic automation, and FANUC systems to reduce scrap, downtime, and improve key performance indicators. Requirements:* Academic background in Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics. * Solid technical knowledge of metal casting processes, high-pressure die casting (Die Casting), cutting presses, CNC machines, as well as hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and chemical material handling in industrial environments. * Solid technical knowledge of metal casting processes, high-pressure die casting (Die Casting), cutting presses, CNC machines, as well as hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and chemical material handling in industrial environments.
