We are currently recruiting for the following position: **Plastic Process Engineer** **Requirements**: ***Education***: \- Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. ***Knowledge and Skills***: \- Excel (Advanced level) \- Demonstrable experience (3\-5 years) in process engineering (specifically in extrusion or injection and plastic transformation processes). \- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) \- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations. \- English (Advanced level) **Responsibilities:** \- Process Design: Collaborate in developing and improving extrusion and injection processes to maximize product efficiency and quality. \- Process Control: Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure extruded and injected products meet required specifications. \- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments—including process, maintenance, quality, and production—to track non-conforming extrusion and injection products. \- Problem Resolution: Collaborate in identifying and resolving technical issues arising during production. \- Innovation: Research and apply new technologies to enhance existing extrusion and injection processes. \- Development: Recommend appropriate material selection and process parameters. \- Process Monitoring: Support real-time production, ensuring adherence to established specifications. \- Preventive Maintenance: Collaborate with the tooling department to ensure components remain in optimal condition. \- Documentation and Reporting: Contribute to master validation plans for extrusion and injection, including prototype, development, or new product records. \- Training: Support operational staff in techniques, best practices, and auxiliary equipment usage. \- Research and Development: Participate in innovation projects aimed at process improvements and parameter updates. ***We Offer***: \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements \- Savings fund \- Cafeteria service \- Free transportation \- Life insurance Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
