Job Summary: We are seeking a Phlebotomist-Receptionist with experience in customer service, file management, and sample collection for molecular genetics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and digital management. 2. Coordination of samples and materials with national branches. 3. Collection of complex samples and preliminary processing. At C\-QUENCER Laboratories (molecular genetics), we are looking for: A Phlebotomist \- Receptionist, responsible for: Customer service. Digital customer service (via WhatsApp, Facebook Meta, etc.). Patient file management, including completion, uploading, and delivery of results. Inventory control. Maintenance of logs. Coordination with 5 external national branches for sample shipment \- receipt, as well as laboratory material. Use of digital platforms such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Notion, etc. Sample collection via oral swab, nasopharyngeal swab, and phlebotomy from adult and pediatric patients, as well as preliminary sample processing for genetic material extraction.
