Job Summary: We are seeking therapists to provide comprehensive home-based healthcare services, including assessments, treatments, and personalized programs delivered with ethical standards and high quality. Ethical and high-quality in-home care We are a company with over 20 years of experience delivering comprehensive healthcare services and are looking for therapists to provide care at our patients' homes. **Requirements:** * Technical professional in therapy with valid degree and license ***(Mandatory)*** * Ability to travel **Experience:** * 1 year providing in-home patient care * Knowledge of NOM-004 Clinical Records and **OFFICIAL MEXICAN STANDARD NOM-015-SSA3-2012**, for comprehensive care of persons with disabilities * Proficiency in using percussion vests * Knowledge of IPV (Intermittent Positive Pressure Ventilation) * Nebulization administration to patients * Respiratory techniques expertise * Competence in pulmonary therapies **Primary Responsibilities:** * Patient assessment * Development of comprehensive treatment programs * Ensuring ethical and high-quality in-home care * Submission of biweekly reports * Delivery of treatments according to medical instructions and patient needs * Completion of CIF diagnoses **We Offer:** * Timely payments and 100% formal payroll registration * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract * Flexible working hours Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Experience: * In-home therapies: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Valid driver's license (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
