Job Summary: We are seeking a hybrid professional with technical expertise in sample collection and excellent administrative management skills for a diagnostic laboratory. Key Highlights: 1. Hybrid technical and administrative role in a high-tech laboratory. 2. Collection of samples from adult and pediatric patients with preliminary processing. 3. Logistics management and in-person and digital patient care. We seek specialized talent to join a high-tech diagnostic laboratory. We are looking for a hybrid profile that combines technical proficiency in sample collection with outstanding administrative management skills. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree or bachelor's degree in **Nursing, Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)**, or a related technical field. * Completion of a **Phlebotomy Course or Diploma** (up-to-date). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in similar roles within laboratories or clinics. * **Digital Skills:** Proficient use of WhatsApp Business, Meta Suite (Facebook), OneDrive, Google Drive, and **Notion**. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Sample Collection:** Performing phlebotomy, oral swabs, and nasopharyngeal swabs on **adult and pediatric patients**. * **Processing:** Preliminary preparation of samples for genetic material extraction. * **Logistics Management:** Coordination of shipment and receipt of samples and materials with **5 national external branches**. * **Patient Care:** In-person reception and handling of inquiries via digital channels (WhatsApp and social media). * **Administration:** Inventory control, logbook entries, uploading test results, and patient file management. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
