We invite you to join our qualified team at Star Médica Hospital Aguascalientes as: HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE **Position Objective:** Ensure the operation and management of all incidents within the time management, payroll, hiring, termination, and organizational change processes; act as the liaison between employees, the company, and the labor union at HSM; consistently uphold compliance with internal policies, regulations, and applicable laws; and ensure a favorable and productive work environment. **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree (with diploma and professional license). **Experience:** 6 months in a similar position. **Morning shift schedule:** 08:30–18:00 hrs.
