Location: Salón Monte Olimpo Club Hípico las Palmas\- Av Rosas Guadalupanas s/n Hacienda Nueva, ags We are seeking a social event coordinator responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising events such as weddings, quinceañeras, baptisms, birthdays, and private gatherings, ensuring an excellent experience for clients and proper inventory control for each event. We offer: Base salary: $2,200 per week \+ commissions per sold event \+ additional payment per executed event Growth opportunity Requirements: Ability to commute Minimum 1 year of experience in social event planning Excellent client interaction skills Sales ability and follow-up skills Organization and attention to detail Flexible schedule (weekends mandatory) Basic inventory management skills Responsible and proactive Responsibilities: Client consultation and advisory services Planning and logistics for social events Coordination with vendors (decoration, music, catering, etc.) Supervision before, during, and after the event Inventory control before and after each event Reporting of shortages, damages, or incidents Sales closure and client follow-up Desired profile: Excellent appearance Strong verbal communication skills Creative and organized Problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure Position type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
