Position Summary: We are seeking a technical, proactive Data / Systems Analyst to optimize commercial systems and analyze databases. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Data / Systems Analyst** to join a consulting project with the **Integrated Water Model of Aguascalientes (MIAA)**, focused on analyzing and optimizing its commercial system. We seek an analytical profile with technical initiative and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with operational and administrative teams in order to obtain key information from current systems. Main Responsibilities: * Analyze and explore the operator’s commercial system databases. * Identify, extract, and cleanse information related to **users, consumption, billing, and collections**. * Design queries for data analysis and validation. * Structure data to generate commercial and financial analysis models. * Prepare reports and analyses using **advanced Excel**. * Detect inconsistencies or areas for improvement in billing and commercial management processes. * Coordinate with technical and administrative staff to understand system logic and validate collected information. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in **Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field**. * Experience handling and analyzing **databases**. * Knowledge of **SQL**. * Knowledge of **Python or R** is desirable. * Proficiency in **advanced Excel (pivot tables and data analysis)**. * Ability to work with incomplete information or poorly documented systems.
