Job Summary: Attends to guests, manages reservations and payments, promotes services, and resolves issues, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest reception and check-in 2. Customer service and problem resolution 3. Promotion of additional hotel services Guest reception and check-in Room billing Management of room reservations Customer service and problem resolution Explanation of hotel services (operating hours, restaurant, Wi-Fi, common areas, etc.) Handling guest requests, inquiries, or complaints during their stay Performing check-out: reviewing charges, issuing invoices, and collecting payments Managing payments and cash drawer closing Promoting additional hotel services Prior experience in this position required Availability to cover 3 shifts per week. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 2 years of experience Age: between 22 and 40 years old Knowledge: Canvas, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Driver's license: Class A
