This opportunity is for you. **Location:** Venta del Astillero **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **What We Are Looking For:** A **highly numerical**, analytical, and detail-oriented profile with a strong focus on compensation and payroll. **Responsibilities:** * Analysis and administration of compensation schemes * Payroll management and validation * Preparation of reports, indicators, and metrics (KPIs) * Control and analysis of salary structures * Support in personnel budgeting and cost projections * Ensure accuracy in data and processes **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation and/or payroll * Advanced Excel (mandatory) * **Very strong numerical analysis skills** * High level of precision and attention to detail **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $25,000 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability and professional growth * Excellent work environment If you meet this profile—or know someone ideal—please send me your CV or share this opportunity!
