Propose process improvements to optimize costs and profitability The Administrative Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all administrative and operational activities of the company. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. Mandatory Experience: Minimum 10 years in accounting, administrative, or financial areas, preferably within agro-industrial companies. Experience in: Implementation of internal controls, administrative management, corporate finance, budgeting, human talent management, current tax and labor regulations, administrative systems, and inventory control systems. Valid driver's license 1.- Lead and oversee the company's administrative departments, ensuring all administrative activities are performed accurately, completely, and timely. 2.- Supervise the proper preparation and submission of financial statements and administrative reports. 3.- Generate necessary executive reports to support decision-making by senior management. 4.- Establish and ensure compliance with authorized administrative and operational policies and procedures. 5.- Design and supervise implementation of internal controls, supported by periodic internal audits, to improve company efficiency and productivity. 6.- Develop and execute annual operational and financial budgets on a monthly basis. 7.- Propose improvements to the company's administrative and operational processes to optimize costs and expenses aimed at enhancing profitability. 8.- Implement an ERP system and ensure its proper integration across all company departments. 9.- Evaluate administrative staff performance and propose development and growth plans.
