Benefits exceeding statutory requirements **Position: Construction Supervisor** **Location: Aguascalientes, Ags.** **Job Objective** Supervise the execution of the group's construction and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and resource control. **Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site construction work in accordance with drawings and specifications * Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and operational staff * Monitor physical progress and project schedules * Report progress, incidents, and construction status * Verify proper use of materials and resources * Ensure compliance with safety regulations * Support cost and budget control * Conduct site visits across various group projects **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision * Knowledge of project control and contractor coordination * Willingness to travel between project sites **Competencies** * Organization and planning * Leadership * Problem solving * Project tracking * Effective communication **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. * Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **We Offer** * Salary: $14,000 gross monthly * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Life insurance * Growth opportunity Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
