Job Summary: We are seeking a field automotive collection agent to recover overdue accounts and generate payment promises, with strong negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Overdue account recovery and client negotiation 2. Payment promise generation and collateral recovery 3. Paid training and vehicle support FIELD AUTOMOTIVE COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS: * PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN FIELD COLLECTION. * Personal automobile (MANDATORY) * Completed high school education. * Thorough knowledge of the city. * Valid driver's license. * Strong negotiation and recovery skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Recover overdue accounts; visit assigned accounts' residences to negotiate. * Generate payment promises. * Recover pledged collateral. WE OFFER: * Bi-weekly base salary. * Uncapped commission structure based on recovered and promised accounts. * Productivity bonuses. * Incentives for achieving targets. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Paid training. * Vehicle service support. * Gasoline allowance. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * Saturday working hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (at office). * Two-hour break. * Sundays off. * 95% field-based work.
