




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in the restaurant or café industry to manage personnel, conduct audits, improve customer service, and drive sales. Management and maintenance of company facilities in coordination with the audit department. b. Management of production staff to ensure proper product preparation according to standards of timing, presentation, and taste. c. Monitoring and control of raw materials and inventories. d. Management of service staff to ensure proper customer attention and service. e. Monitoring and increasing the average ticket per salesperson. f. Implementation of continuous improvement actions as directed by the audit department. g. Handling and reporting of contacts with suppliers, authorities, and/or customers. h. General handling and management of internal and external customers. i. Cash management and general administrative processes.
