Job Summary: Coordinate, plan, and supervise the execution of building construction projects, managing teams and controlling resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integrated coordination and planning of construction activities. 2. Subcontractor management and resource control. 3. Preparation of progress reports and technical documentation. **CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT** Responsibilities * Coordinate activities and plan construction execution in accordance with contract drawings and specifications * Report physical progress of the project as stipulated * Coordinate the execution of installations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, voice and data, fire protection, specialty systems, etc.) * Manage and coordinate subcontractors * Review and validate cost estimates, work quantities, and volumes * Control the use of materials, machinery, and labor * Conduct handover and acceptance procedures * Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and technical documentation * Maintain direct communication with the client Essential Knowledge * Installations * Structures * Foundations * Finishes * Drawing interpretation * Current construction regulations * Quality * Costs and budgeting Requirements * 7 years of experience in building construction Salary: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
