Position Summary: Supports the analysis, documentation, and improvement of operational and production processes, collaborating with Industrial Engineering to enhance efficiency and productivity. Participation in continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) **Position Objective** Provide support in analyzing, documenting, and improving processes within operational and production areas, directly collaborating with the Industrial Engineering team to implement solutions that drive organizational efficiency and productivity. **Responsibilities** * Mapping and documentation of operational and administrative processes. * Time and motion analysis. * Support in continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.). * Development of flowcharts, process sheets, and technical reports. * Support in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking operational targets. * Participation in internal audits and proposals for standardization. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering or related field (final semesters). * Valid faculty insurance coverage. * Availability of at least 20\-25 hours per week. * Basic\-intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). * Preferred: basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, or continuous improvement methodologies. Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $7,321\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
