Job Summary: Supports the analysis, documentation, and improvement of operational and production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborates with the Industrial Engineering team on improvements. 2. Participates in continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Kaizen). 3. Develops flowcharts and technical reports. **Job Objective** To support the analysis, documentation, and improvement of processes within operational and production areas, collaborating directly with the Industrial Engineering team to implement solutions that drive organizational efficiency and productivity. **Responsibilities** * Mapping and documentation of operational and administrative processes. * Time and motion analysis. * Support for continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.). * Development of flowcharts, process sheets, and technical reports. * Support in developing performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking operational goals. * Participation in internal audits and proposals for standardization. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering or related field (final semesters). * Valid optional insurance coverage. * Availability of at least 20\-25 hours per week. * Basic\-intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). * Preferred: foundational knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, or continuous improvement methodologies.
