Position Summary: Plan, direct, and control the execution of construction projects and works, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and schedule to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Design master plans, schedules, and construction budgets. 2. Supervise progress and coordinate technical and logistical solutions. 3. Lead and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel. Plan, direct, and control the execution of construction projects and works, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost, and schedule standards to achieve maximum operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design master execution plans, schedules, and construction budgets. * Ensure proper technical and administrative execution of each assigned project. * Supervise field progress and coordinate resolution of technical and logistical issues. * Guarantee compliance with industrial safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Optimize the use of material resources, machinery, and labor. * Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and authorities for project handover. * Lead and evaluate the performance of operational and technical personnel under supervision. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * Master's degree in Project Management or Construction (preferred). * Minimum **8 to 12 years of experience** in the construction sector. * At least **5 years** in supervisory or operational management roles. * Solid knowledge of cost estimation, construction planning, and regulatory frameworks (IMSS, STPS). **Location:** Aguascalientes, Ags. **Work Schedule:** Full-time **Work Mode:** On-site (offices and construction sites, with willingness to travel) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Extended availability as required by project needs. **Salary:** Competitive **Statutory Benefits** Salary: Starting from $60,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site employment
