Communicate with customers and representatives regarding deliverables and additional customer service problem resolution, with some guidance from supervisors and colleagues. Participate in regional customer service activities (may include office administration and other support tasks as required by region or department). ***Required Qualifications*** Currently enrolled student. Student or graduate in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Continuous learning mindset, frustration tolerance, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation. Strong writing, organizational, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills. Negative drug test result(s). Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). Customer-service orientation. ***Preferred Qualifications*** Basic English language proficiency. Proactive, self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of performing repetitive tasks. Vehicle ownership is desirable. ***Physical Requirements*** None
