




Position Summary: A professional with experience in international trade, imports, exports, and customs handling, possessing leadership and negotiation skills. Key Highlights: 1. Extensive experience in imports, exports, and customs handling. 2. Proficiency in customs laws, INCOTERMS, and VUCEM. 3. Leadership and negotiation skills with suppliers and customers. **General Responsibilities** * Proven experience in imports, exports, and customs handling * Knowledge of customs laws, INCOTERMS (EXW, FOB, FCA, DDP), and VUCEM * Handling of hazardous goods and procedures before COFEPRIS * Familiarity with CTPAT, BASC, ISO, and basic audits * Advanced Excel proficiency * Knowledge of international trade agreements and certificates of origin * Experience in supplier negotiation and customer relations * Leadership ability and team management skills * Preferred: Knowledge of tequila regulations * Experience in air, land, and maritime logistics **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in International Business / Foreign Trade** * **Conversational and written English** * Ability to travel to Tequila as required (personal vehicle). **Working Conditions** Guadalajara, Jalisco Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
