Job Summary: This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of medical and surgical materials, including receipt, control, supply, and maintenance of hospital storage areas. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of medical supplies, surgical materials, and medications. 2. Timely supply of materials to operating rooms. 3. Inventory management and compliance with hospital regulations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Receipt, custody, and control of medical supplies, surgical materials, and medications. * Timely and accurate supply of materials to operating rooms (OR). * Monitoring of expiration dates and batch numbers to ensure patient safety. * Accurate recording of material inflows and outflows in the institutional system. * Maintaining the warehouse under standards of hygiene, organization, and hospital regulations. * Active participation in cyclical inventories and shift handovers. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare storage facilities (hospital, clinic, or pharmacy). * Ability to work under pressure, strong sense of urgency, and attention to detail. * Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. * Willingness to rotate shifts according to service needs. * **Specific Knowledge (Preferred)** * Identification and handling of medication groups and medical supplies. * Familiarity with surgical supplies, sutures, and specialized medical devices. * Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in critical areas. * Proficiency in FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory control and stock management.
