A **growing company** seeks to add an **Accounting Assistant** to its team, responsible for supporting the recording, analysis, and control of financial information, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting obligations. **Responsibilities** * Recording, validation, and analysis of accounting and financial information. * Preparation and review of **trial balances**. * Management of **electronic invoicing (CFDI)**. * Control and analysis of **expenses**. * Preparation of **bank reconciliations**. * Administration and control of **sales cut-offs**. * Support in **tax exercises** and tax determination. * Management and tracking via the **SAT portal** and **IMSS portal**. * Support in **cost analysis**. * Use of **accounting ERP systems** (SAI, COI, or similar). * Filing and control of accounting and tax documentation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (intern or graduate). * Minimum **1–2 years** of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of current tax legislation. * Proficiency in accounting ERP systems (SAI, COI, or similar). * Intermediate Excel skills (preferred). **Skills** * High level of discretion, organization, and attention to detail. * Numerical analysis. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proactive attitude and teamwork. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Meal vouchers. * Opportunity for professional learning and growth. * Excellent work environment.
