Activities and Objectives * Supervise the proper operation of the cafeteria. * Focus on compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. * Supervise and train operational staff. * Manage logs and reports. * Supervise the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) system. * Monitor budget compliance. * Control over time and quality. * Customer and supplier service. * Event organization.
