Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the sales force, marketing and sales plans to ensure the company's market positioning and achievement of business objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the sales team and ensure consistent results. 2. Manage key relationships with brokers and financial institutions. 3. Analyze sales performance and propose improvement plans. Job Objective Coordinate and supervise sales force activities, as well as marketing and sales plans, ensuring the company's market positioning and attainment of established business objectives. Main Responsibilities - Continuously monitor the sales team to ensure consistent results. - Conduct weekly follow-up meetings with sales advisors. - Generate and coordinate on-call schedules. - Supervise petty cash verification. - Manage relationships with brokers and financial institutions. - Establish agreements with companies for real estate development promotion. - Analyze individual sales performance indicators via CRM (Salesforce) and develop improvement plans. - Supervise proper file compilation and CRM registration. - Follow up on sales advisor commission payments. - Request and manage point-of-sale supplies. - Coordinate advertising campaigns with the marketing department. - Organize training sessions on financial topics (INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, and bank loans). - Execute additional activities necessary to achieve departmental objectives. Requirements Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the real estate industry. Technical Knowledge Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite. CRM system proficiency. Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, and bank loan procedures.
