




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible professional with experience in managing notarial procedures and mortgage loans to formalize credit processes and provide customer service. Knowledge and experience in mortgage loan processes, including Infonavit, FOVISSSTE, and bank loans. Proactive Responsible Customer service Responsibilities: Collect client signatures at notary offices, clearly explaining the terms and conditions of their loans. Compile and review Infonavit loan files. Submit appraisals to the collections department for signature release processing. Consolidate and submit SIC forms to Infonavit. Monitor and administratively manage procedures related to loan formalization.
