Progress, productivity, and inventory control; customer service Brief Position Description: Responsible for coordinating and monitoring construction operations both in the field and in the office, including personnel management, progress control, productivity tracking, inventory management, and customer service. Actively participates in supervising green concrete cutting, joint widening, and joint sealing work, ensuring quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to schedules. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexible hours and willingness to travel as required by project needs. Main Responsibilities: Coordination and supervision of operational personnel on site Direct interaction with work crews Field supervision of green concrete cutting, joint widening, and joint sealing Daily productivity monitoring and analysis Preparation and tracking of progress reports Customer service and follow-up Inventory control and administration (tools, equipment, and materials) Scheduling and logistics coordination for on-site work Monitoring of logbooks and technical reports Coordination of teams and machinery Identification and resolution of field operational issues Support in improving operational processes Desired Qualifications: Willingness to travel Construction site experience and personnel management experience Good interpersonal skills with operational staff (work crews) Organizational ability and decision-making capability Basic Excel proficiency and report preparation skills Proactivity and sense of urgency. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 2 years of experience Age: between 27 and 45 years Driver's License: B Willingness to Travel: Yes
