Facilities Coordinator What does this professional challenge entail? Management of assigned infrastructure maintenance. Report and record defects exceeding minor rectification, collaborate with internal technicians and contractors to ensure PPM is carried out as scheduled. · Ensure the Annual Plan is maintained at all times to identify when statutory works, meetings, and other key events are taking place. · Action improvements identified during building condition and workplace inspections. · Record service desk calls related to contractor failures and required improvements. · Urgent escalations identified through the Senior FM. · Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards governing services. · Ability to develop predictive and preventive maintenance programs for equipment and physical infrastructure. · Delegate responsibilities, tasks, and activities to assigned technicians and assistants. · Create facility inspection routines (finishes, critical and non-critical equipment, fuel levels, lighting, furniture, plumbing, etc). · Maintain and actively work within the maintenance management system (Corrigo), keeping it updated and compliant with JLL procedures. Close preventive and corrective work orders on time and correctly. · Raise purchase orders as required/authorized by the client and ensure financial processes are fully complied with at all times. · Complete supplier service quality measurements within agreed deadlines. · Escalate issues and action plans to the FM Rs. when suppliers / self-service performance falls below defined parameters. · Support administrative management of expense control, PO generation, SLA and KPI indicator maintenance. · Maintain the SHE system. Work with the Client H&S Officer to ensure site compliance. Contact the JLL EHS Specialist to ensure audit compliance at all times. · Train technical staff on specific activities. · Ensure maintenance is performed in accordance with JLL H&S procedures, using the Permit-to-Work system where applicable. · Collaborate with and support other members of the FM team. · Ability to diagnose faults in electromechanical equipment and troubleshoot problems. · Financial control Do you identify with this profile?
