Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Control Supervisor to ensure proper operational and administrative inventory management, especially for perishable products. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a ***Warehouse Control Supervisor*** to: Ensure accurate operational and administrative control, guaranteeing precise recording of incoming and outgoing goods (In \& Out), inventory control, and appropriate rotation of perishable products. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Register and supervise incoming and outgoing merchandise in the system. * Monitor physical inventories and conduct cycle counts. * Ensure correct product rotation (PEPS / FIFO). * Supervise expiration dates, batches, and shrinkage control. * Coordinate operational team personnel. * Verify proper receiving, storage, and picking. * Identify inventory discrepancies and report them promptly. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and operational discipline in the warehouse. ***Required Technical Knowledge*** * Minimum 2–4 years of warehouse experience. * Prior experience as a shift supervisor or warehouse supervisor. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in inventory systems (ERP or similar). * Experience handling perishable products (desirable). * Knowledge of physical inventories and shrinkage control. * Ability to coordinate a small team. * Organized, responsible individual with a sense of urgency. ***Skills*** * Operational leadership. * Order and discipline. * Punctuality and responsibility. * Attention to detail. * Clear communication. ***We Offer*** * Net monthly salary: 15,000 * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
