Position Summary: We are seeking a Bathroom Cleaning Supervisor with leadership skills to plan, organize, and supervise cleaning activities, ensuring compliance with standards and managing personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and organization of bathroom cleaning activities 2. Personnel management (attendance, vacations, leave requests) 3. Results-oriented approach and leadership ability Job Description: Establish activities to meet the needs of the Bathrooms Department according to the specifications required at Club Campestre. Requirements: * Education: High school diploma * Schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * Availability to work weekends * Minimum two years of proven experience as a cleaning supervisor * Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment and using cleaning products * Teamwork, organizational, and communication skills * Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures Skills: * Leadership ability * Ability to work under pressure * Results-oriented approach * Multitasking ability Responsibilities: * Conduct regular inspections of Shower areas to verify compliance with assigned tasks. * Plan and organize tasks for assignment at the start of each shift. * Supervise the operation of the area under supervision. * Plan and organize all types of activities within the area. * Responsible for cleaning bathroom facilities according to standards defined by management. * Maintain records of attendance, vacations, leave requests, and overtime hours for supervised personnel. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that contribute to achieving departmental objectives.
