Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the cleaning and organization of guest rooms and common areas. * Coordinate housekeeping and laundry staff. * Verify hygiene standards and room presentation. * Manage and administer linens, amenities, and supplies. * Report maintenance issues or anomalies in guest rooms. * Assist with inventories and area organization. * Ensure quality service and guest satisfaction. Requirements: * Experience in the hospitality industry or similar positions. * Leadership and ability to coordinate staff. * Responsible, organized, and punctual. * Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude. * Flexible availability for work schedules. * Attention to detail and teamwork skills.
