Job Summary: This position involves comprehensive warehouse management, from receiving and storing lighting and sound equipment to preparing and dispatching them, ensuring organization and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of lighting and sound equipment 2. Maintenance of warehouse order and safety 3. Active collaboration in inventory control * Perform equipment receiving tasks, including unloading, counting, and physical verification against purchase orders or invoices to ensure correct quantities and items. * Properly store and arrange lighting equipment, sound equipment, and accessories in designated locations, following the organizational system to maximize space and ensure product protection. * Collect and prepare requested equipment for dispatch, ensuring accurate product selection and proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. * Execute dispatch procedures, including loading equipment onto transport vehicles, unloading at destination, and verifying required documentation for outbound shipment and/or delivery. * Maintain cleanliness and order in aisles, shelves, and work areas. Strictly comply with safety protocols for equipment handling and warehouse storage regulations. * Actively participate in physical inventory counts—whether cyclical or full—to help control stock levels and minimize losses. Safely operate assigned work equipment (forklifts, hydraulic pallet jacks, shelving units). * Report any incidents, merchandise damage, unsafe conditions, or equipment maintenance needs to the Warehouse Manager. * Collaborate with the warehouse team on all assigned tasks to ensure efficient operational flow. * Internal Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a comprehensive and positive experience for all functions performed.
