




Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant to manage billing, delivery tracking, and report generation for a leather goods and footwear company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for billing and order tracking 2. Generation of billing and inventory reports 3. By manufacturing our products in Mexico, our brand remains at the forefront of design. **Hiring: Billing Assistant** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (incomplete degree acceptable) * Proven experience working with department stores (preferred) * Proficiency in Excel Main Responsibilities: * Process billing for all delivered orders * Track production deliveries for shipment receipt * Generate billing and inventory reports per customer for physical stores and online channels * Issue credit notes for all customers * Enter purchase orders * Manage department store portals * Ensure timely delivery to customers * Provide internal and external customer service and support * Prepare necessary documentation to release shipment departures Software Proficiency: * Customer portals * SAT Portal * SAP Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Salary: $2,500.00 - $2,501.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
