NDS Analyst (One Front) **Location(s):** NR Finance Services **Work Schedule and Modality:** Full-time on-site \| Flexible schedule availability. **A Day in the Life of This Role:** * **Leasing Call Handling:** Resolve inquiries and provide support related to leasing processes. * **Selectiviti Call Handling:** Follow up and resolve specific queries regarding this service. * **Credit and SWAT Call Handling:** Guide customers on credit-related matters and handle cases requiring immediate response. * **Special Case Follow-up:** Monitor and resolve atypical situations, ensuring personalized service. * **Coordination with Solution Departments:** Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of requests. * **Improvement Project Development:** Participate in initiatives aimed at optimizing customer service and strengthening operational efficiency. * **Ticket and Administrative Process Management:** Handle requests such as document copies, claim breakdowns, and payment clarifications, ensuring accuracy and speed. **Who We Are Looking For:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience and knowledge of NDS processes (leasing and credit). * Knowledge and experience in customer service. * Proficiency in digital tools and ticket management systems. * Knowledge of EKIP and Salesforce. * Clear and effective communication. * Customer orientation and service mindset. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. * Teamwork and collaboration across different departments. **What You Can Expect at Nissan:** **Professional Growth and Continuous Learning Opportunities:** Benefit from diverse career paths, interdepartmental transfers, and innovative learning platforms.
