Professional development and opportunities for continuous learning Technical Director Assistant \- Temporary **Location(s):** A1 \| Ags, Ags. **Work Schedule and Modality:** Full-time on-site. **Education Requirement:** Completed Higher Education **A Day in the Life of This Role:** * Establish mechanisms to ensure process quality administration: FMEA, risk management, QA Matrix, control charts, and procedures. * Establish short- and medium-term strategies to ensure quality, cost, time, and safety indicators. * Develop the annual training and development plan for team members under supervision. * Management of the Integrated Quality Administration System * Cost Control Administration to meet the department’s budget * Management of the integrated audit plan: CTPAT, OEA, SAI, ISO 14000, ISO 45000\. * First point of contact for service and support in response to internal and external customer requests. * Advanced capacity planning for short- and medium-term needs * Development of logistics providers: 3PLs, carriers, port operators, etc. * Management of the annual safety strategy and follow-up on findings and corrective actions. * Support in CAPEX and OPEX management for infrastructure and facility maintenance * Adoption of controls to minimize overspending across various operations **Who We Are Looking For:** **Mandatory:** * Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Engineering (Industrial, Logistics, Transportation, Finance) * Language: Intermediate English (TOEIC 500 points) * Experience: 2–4 years in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution, or Export of Goods, International Trade * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Basic knowledge of Tableau or BI tools * Knowledge of road and rail networks * Regulations: NOM\-012, AAR, CTPAT, OEA, NS4 * Logical and analytical thinking * Customer orientation * Familiarity with Incoterms * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Project management Travel Availability: 30% Multi\-Sites Nissan (A1, A2, NNA) — Logistics operations at suppliers, ports, x\-docks, dealers. **What to Expect at Nissan:** **Professional Growth and Opportunities for Continuous Learning:** Benefit from diverse career paths, interdepartmental mobility, and innovative learning platforms.
