




Job Summary: Grupo Guerrero Contreras is seeking a Payroll Assistant to manage payroll preparation, processing, and reporting, as well as to address employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages weekly payroll preparation and benefits processing. 2. Resolves employee inquiries regarding salaries and payments. 3. Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in Nomipaq. GRUPO GUERRERO CONTRERAS IS SEEKING: **PAYROLL ASSISTANT** **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare weekly payroll (review attendance incidents via WhatsApp, contact residents for notifications, process final settlements and incidents, review pending items with relevant departments: direct and indirect supervisors) * Process benefit costs, such as insurance premiums and sick leave deductions. * Report payroll issues and changes (manage payroll calendars) * Respond to employee questions about salaries, inquiries, or payments, both in person and digitally. * Attach information from Human Resources and Accounting departments (e.g., vacation days, boot deductions, loan deductions, etc.). * Apply payroll deductions. * Print cash envelopes for distribution and track pending cash envelopes for the week EXCEL PROFICIENCY NOMIPAQ KNOWLEDGE Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
