General Helper $2,490 GROSS per week \| $1,880 NET (after taxes) 4x3 SHIFT SCHEDULE (no fixed shifts) shifts rotate monthly * 1️⃣ Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM * 2️⃣ Night shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM * 3️⃣ Mixed shift: Monday–Tuesday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM; Friday–Saturday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM BENEFITS ✅ Meal vouchers ✅ Savings fund ✅ Attendance bonus ✅ Free transportation ✅ Subsidized cafeteria ✅ Salary classifications ✅ Forklift operator training school 1\. Perform product conditioning activities (modulation/preparation). 2\. Decontaminate packaging according to customer requirements. 3\. Identify and segregate damaged empty equipment (receipt, shipment, or returns). 4\. Prepare packaging on pallets per each customer’s requirements (receipt/shipment or value-added services). 5\. Transport and place packaging (knowledge of warehouse facilities required). 6\. Participate in inventory counts. 7\. Operate machinery (strapping machines, cutters, pallet jacks, etc.) to prepare and transport empty equipment. 8\. Warehouse organization and cleaning activities (5S). 9\.
