JOB OBJECTIVE Receive, pick, and locate materials using forklifts and work tools such as electric pallet jacks and picking carts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure physical receipt of materials and timely system entry in the ERP system; report discrepancies upon arrival. Assign storage locations in the system according to the physical storage location. Ensure materials are placed correctly according to the designated location in applicable systems. Perform routine physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy between system and physical inventory; promptly report any discrepancies identified. Identify and report materials visually identified as overstocked, obsolete, or damaged. Execute physical inventories established by the organization. Ensure preparation, delivery, and system recording of materials according to picking instructions; report possible discrepancies. Participate in cyclical inventory counts. REQUIREMENTS Education: Minimum high school diploma or technical certification. Software: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse administrative assistant. Completed high school education and/or incomplete university degree. Basic knowledge of administrative systems.
