Job Summary: The Launch Technician supports the commissioning and stabilization of new production lines, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Opportunities for professional development and technical training **Where you will work:** Manufacturing Plant \| On-site**What you’ll do:** As a Launch Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the commissioning and stabilization of new production lines and product changes, ensuring processes meet safety, quality, and productivity standards. You will work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to validate processes, execute tests, identify and resolve shop-floor issues, and document technical results. Participate in equipment and tooling installation and validation during launch phases. Execute and record process capability testing (PPAP, process control) and ensure compliance with technical specifications. Identify, report, and support resolution of machine, quality, or process failures using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, PDCA, Kaizen). Collaborate on creation and updating of technical documentation: work instructions, checklists, control plans, and production records. Train production personnel on safe and correct equipment operation during the launch period. Support implementation of improvements to achieve performance, efficiency, and waste reduction targets. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards across all launch activities. What is required:* Technical or engineering degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Mechanics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in product launches or manufacturing line commissioning, preferably in industrial environments.* Prior experience in commissioning, plant technical support, or product launch projects within a manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation, technical specification reading, and use of measurement tools. * Skills in diagnosing and resolving basic electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues. * Strong results orientation, teamwork ability, and effective communication skills. * Availability to work shifts and support intensive commissioning phases. * Familiarity with quality standards (IATF/ISO) and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
