Collaborate on creation and updating of technical documentation: work instructions, checklists, control plans, and production records. Train production personnel on safe and correct equipment operation during the launch period. Support implementation of improvements to achieve performance, efficiency, and waste reduction targets. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards across all launch activities. What is required:* Technical or engineering degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Mechanics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in product launches or manufacturing line commissioning, preferably in industrial environments.* Prior experience in commissioning, plant technical support, or product launch projects within a manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation, technical specification reading, and use of measurement tools. * Skills in diagnosing and resolving basic electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues. * Strong results orientation, teamwork ability, and effective communication skills. * Availability to work shifts and support intensive commissioning phases. * Familiarity with quality standards (IATF/ISO) and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
