Job Objective: Manage and execute key Human Resources processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and business operational needs, with special emphasis on manufacturing environments (Automotive Industry). Main Responsibilities: Personnel Administration - Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. - Maintain up-to-date personnel files. - Control employment contracts and renewals. Recruitment and Selection - Coordinate operational and administrative recruitment processes. - Post job openings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews. - Track hiring and onboarding processes. Labor Relations - Address labor incidents and internal conflicts. - Apply disciplinary measures in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and internal regulations. - Ensure an appropriate work climate in production plants and offices. Payroll Support - Validate payroll-related incidents for payroll calculation. - Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure accurate payments. - Assist employees with payroll clarifications. Training and Development - Coordinate mandatory and technical training programs. - Track development plans and performance evaluations. - Support identification of training needs. Legal and Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). - Support internal/external audits. - Supervise proper implementation of internal policies. Organizational Communication - Disseminate policies, announcements, and internal events. - Serve as liaison between employees and the company. - Promote organizational culture and values. HR Metrics and Reporting - Prepare turnover, absenteeism, and headcount reports. - Monitor HR KPIs. - Analyze trends to support decision-making.
