Job Summary: We are seeking a Trainer to manage, coordinate, and deliver training courses, identify training needs, and promote organizational culture at Complejo Industrial Estrada. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Capital, Administration, Education (EPJA), or related field. Proven experience in personnel training. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard. Experience in handling and following up on internal and external audits. Proficiency in managing training indicators and records. Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities. Proactivity, organization, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a team. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate internal and external training courses. Deliver training sessions to operational and administrative staff. Identify training needs and develop training plans. Conduct training evaluations and follow up on outcomes. Maintain updated training documentation and records. Participate in internal and external audits, providing evidence and tracking corrective actions. Promote the company’s organizational culture, values, mission, and vision. Implement activities that strengthen work climate and employee engagement. Monitor compliance with established training programs. We Offer Weekly net salary of $3,500. Weekly food vouchers. Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Subsidized cafeteria.
