




Job Summary: Service Advisor responsible for receiving units, managing service orders, communicating with customers, and coordinating with the technical team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reception and management of units in the workshop. 2. Constant communication with the customer regarding the unit's status. 3. Coordination with the technical team and proposal of complementary services. SERVICE ADVISOR AGUASCALIENTES Reception of units in the workshop. Opening and closing of service orders in the system. Constant communication with the customer regarding the unit's status. Coordination with the technical team for work scheduling. Review of service history and active policies. Validation and authorization of estimates with the customer. Ensuring the unit is clean and ready for delivery. Recording complaints or discrepancies and routing them appropriately. Preparation of basic follow-up or satisfaction reports. Follow-up on scheduled appointments and ensuring punctuality. Support in recovering overdue accounts receivable related to services.
