




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Manager to process and administer payroll comprehensively, ensuring accurate and timely payments while fulfilling all legal and administrative obligations. At Grupo AgroAg SA de CV, we are looking for a **Payroll Manager**. We seek a key individual to ensure every employee receives the correct payment on time, fulfilling all legal and administrative obligations of the organization. **Position Objective** Process and administer payroll comprehensively, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments, as well as compliance with labor and social security obligations. **What will you do in this role?** * Execute payroll calculations (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) accurately and on schedule. * Manage payroll incidents: overtime, absences due to illness, vacations, absences, bonuses, and incentives. * Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS, SUA, and IDSE. * Calculate and file obligations such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Prepare final settlement documents (finiquitos), severance calculations (liquidaciones), and savings fund records. * Generate payroll reports, payroll registers (listas de raya), and weekly budgets. * Coordinate payment disbursement with Treasury. * Ensure payroll receipts are stamped, signed, and properly archived. * Participate in annual closings: year-end bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), and audits. * Maintain up-to-date personnel information and affiliation movement records. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (degree and professional license required). * +2 years of experience in full payroll calculation. * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and payroll systems. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Essential proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Buk, Workday, etc.). * High numerical accuracy and strong organizational skills. **Desirable:** * Experience managing high-volume payroll or payroll with numerous incidents. * Experience administering variable incentives (productivity bonuses, etc.). * Experience in operational companies (field operations, production, etc.). * Focus on process improvement or payroll digitalization. **We Offer** * Full statutory benefits. * Competitive salary. * Weekly salary payments. * 10% punctuality bonus. * 10% attendance bonus. * 10% food vouchers. * 11% savings fund contribution. * Life insurance.
