Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or in similar roles. 2\. Excellent communication and public relations skills. 3\. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously. 4\. Strong skills in customer management and follow-up. 5\. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 6\. Basic computer and CRM system knowledge. 7\. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. (rotating shifts) 8\.
